Clinician & Practice Branding
Built by a clinician,
for clinicians.
A productized brand, office, and leadership studio for therapy practices and the clinicians inside them. Built to solve the real problems behavioral health professionals face. Empty Psychology Today profiles, mismatched digital presence, underwhelming office spaces, and the leadership gaps that quietly drain a practice from the inside.
Why this matters
Branding and leadership are not vanity in this industry. They are clinical and business advantages that show up in every metric that matters.
The associate
Knows their Psychology Today profile and headshot are holding them back, but can't justify a four-figure brand investment yet.
The established clinician
Has the license, the caseload goal, and zero idea why their digital presence isn't bringing in the right inquiries.
The practice owner
Has grown past three clinicians and now has five different visual identities, inconsistent intake experiences, and no system for onboarding new hires into the brand.
The leader
Trained as a therapist, not as a people manager, and is now trying to figure out both at once while good clinicians quietly leave.
Sarah Shube, Founder
About Sarah
A clinician who got tired of watching good therapists hide.
Sarah Shube is the founder of this studio and the owner of Creative Art Therapy and Wellness, a thriving therapy practice she built from the ground up. She knows the work because she does the work, and she knows what it costs to grow a practice when the only marketing training you ever got was a single afternoon in grad school.
She started this studio after watching too many talented clinicians sit behind empty caseloads, mismatched headshots, and offices that looked nothing like the professionals they actually were. She built the system she wished she'd had: a productized, clinician-first approach to brand identity, office design, telehealth presence, and the leadership skills nobody teaches in a master's program.
Her work sits at the intersection of clinical insight, brand strategy, interior design, and leadership coaching, and it is built entirely around what behavioral health actually needs, not what generic marketing agencies assume it needs.
- 01 Designed by a clinician, for clinicians
- 02 Productized so practices can plan the spend
- 03 Office, online, and leadership, under one roof
- 04 Built to compound in value every year

- Psychology Today profile rewrite with SEO-friendly specialties and treatment-approach copy
- Short-form bio for website and LinkedIn (up to 250 words)
- 30-minute brand direction call to identify niche and ideal client
- Headshot retouching and three final image variations (square, vertical, horizontal)
Solves: The associate or early-career clinician who knows their PT profile and headshot are holding them back, but can't justify a four-figure brand investment yet.
The Clinician Identity Package
For established solo practitioners and group-practice clinicians ready to invest in a full personal brand.
$1,950 per clinician. $1,400 each when bundled into a practice engagement of three or more

- Long-form bio for Psychology Today, practice website, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Unified visual identity across all digital touchpoints
- Signature email footer and intake-paperwork header design
- Headshot session with multiple looks and locations
- 60-day post-launch optimization check-in
Solves: The established clinician who has the license, the caseload goal, and zero idea why their digital presence isn't bringing in the right inquiries.
The In-Office Clinician Experience
For clinicians who see clients in person and want their space to function as a clinical tool, not an afterthought.
$3,800 per clinician. Furniture, art, and decor billed separately at cost or sourced through Sarah's vendor network
- Everything in Tier 1
- In-office design consultation: lighting, seating, color palette, and sensory considerations
- Sourcing list for furniture, art, plants, and decor within budget
- Waiting room and entryway design. The first 30 seconds matter most
- Branded touchpoints inside the office: business cards, intake folders, signage, water station setup
- Optional white-glove install day where the space is set up for you ($950 add-on)
Solves: Offices that feel like a dentist waiting room, dysregulate clients on arrival, or look nothing like the clinician's actual brand.
The Telehealth Clinician Setup
For clinicians who see clients virtually and need their on-camera presence to feel as intentional as an in-person office.
$2,400 per clinician. Equipment billed separately at cost, typically $400 to $1,200
- Everything in Tier 1
- Home office or telehealth room design consultation
- Lighting setup (key, fill, and ambient) tuned for skin tones and time of day
- Webcam recommendation with proper framing and eye-line calibration
- Professional microphone setup so clients don't fight audio fatigue across a 50-minute session
- Background design: bookshelf styling, art selection, plant placement, or branded backdrop
- Virtual background design for clinicians who can't control their physical space
- Camera presence coaching: posture, eye contact with the lens, gesture, and how to hold the room through a screen
- Optional equipment package: ring light, acoustic treatment, and cable management
Solves: The clinician on a laptop webcam, lit from below by their screen, with a pile of laundry visible in the corner, wondering why their telehealth caseload feels harder to build than their in-person one.
The Practice Brand Foundation
For practice owners who want the whole house in order, not just one clinician at a time.
$16,500 scoped for practices up to 8 clinicians; larger practices quoted separately
- Full practice brand identity (logo, color system, typography, voice and tone guide)
- Website design and build, or audit and rebuild
- Practice-wide Psychology Today strategy and group profile setup
- Photography day coordination for the entire clinical team
- Brand guidelines document so future hires plug into a consistent system
- Recruiting collateral that helps attract better clinicians to the practice
- Social media template system so the practice and clinicians post in a unified voice
- Add clinicians to this package: $1,400 per clinician for Identity Packages bundled in
Solves: The practice that has grown past three clinicians and now has five visual identities, inconsistent intake experiences, and no system for onboarding new hires.
The Leadership & Culture Program
For practice owners who want to build a place clinicians actually want to work, stay, and grow inside of.
$7,500 Workshop Intensive or $12,000 for the Full 12-Week Program
A leadership training course and workshop series designed for behavioral health practice owners and clinical directors. Built on the reality that clinicians don't leave practices because of pay alone. They leave because of leadership, culture, and feeling unseen.
The Workshop Intensive (2 days, on-site or virtual)
- Defining your practice's clinical and cultural values
- Leadership styles in clinical settings: when to coach, when to direct, when to hold space
- Difficult conversations: feedback, performance, and boundary-setting with employees
- Building rituals that reinforce culture (team meetings, case consult, onboarding, offboarding)
- The clinician-care-first operating model: how to actually live it instead of just naming it
- Designing your leadership presence to match your brand
The Full 12-Week Program (Workshop Intensive plus)
- Weekly 90-minute leadership coaching sessions with the practice owner or leadership team
- Culture audit and team interviews (anonymous feedback synthesized into a roadmap)
- Hiring and onboarding playbook tailored to the practice
- Retention strategy: compensation philosophy, growth ladders, and non-monetary benefits clinicians actually want
- Burnout prevention systems for both leadership and staff
- Quarterly check-ins for 12 months post-program
Solves: Practice owners who keep losing good clinicians and don't know why. Group practices where the culture happened by accident instead of design. Leaders who were trained as therapists, not as people managers, and are now trying to figure both out at once.
The Clinician Care Retainer
Ongoing support after the initial build.
$1,500 / month 6-month minimum
- Quarterly headshot refreshes or as clinicians come and go
- Psychology Today profile optimization and A/B testing
- Bio and copy updates as clinicians add specialties or certifications
- Office and telehealth setup refreshes (seasonal updates, new clinician onboarding, equipment upgrades)
- Monthly office hours for clinicians to ask branding, marketing, and presence questions
- Priority access for new hires joining the practice
- Quarterly leadership check-in with the practice owner
Solves: Brands and cultures that get built once and then quietly decay. Also solves the practice owner who doesn't want to manage all of this themselves every time someone joins or leaves.
Office Examples
An office is not a backdrop.
It is a clinical tool.
A clinician's space sets the nervous system of every client who walks in. Below, a range of office directions across specialties, including spaces designed to land for the men, fathers, and male clinicians who are routinely underserved by the visual defaults of this industry.
For the men, fathers, and male clinicians this industry forgets.
Walnut, oxblood leather, brass picture lights, deep botanical plaster, antique Persian rug. A space that signals seriousness, depth, and welcome, without the floral throw pillows.
Cream, clay, and natural light.
The clinical default done well. Soft palette, hand-loomed textures, and intentional plant life, without veering into "Live Laugh Love."
The on-camera office.
Three-point lighting, eye-line calibrated, bookshelf styled for the lens. Clients should feel the same presence on a screen as they would across the room.
Designed for children, not at them.
Sensory-considered without the primary-color overload. Sand tray, sensory swing, low Montessori furniture, and art at a child's eye level.

Why this works
Most clinicians are operating with a graduate-school understanding of marketing and a hobbyist's setup for their visual presence. Most practice owners were trained as therapists, not as leaders or brand builders.
The practices that get this right charge more, fill their caseloads faster, attract better-fit clients and clinicians, retain their team longer, and build something that compounds in value every year.
